Roast uses Stripe as the subscription source of truth.
Operationally:
activeandpast_dueaccounts can still open the app.- Roast only accepts new inbound processing when the billing layer says the account is usable.
- blocked or canceled states stop the normal flow until recovered.
Use /my/billing to open the Stripe billing portal. That is the fastest path for payment updates, cancellations, and subscription review.
