Rotating the feed generates a new feedToken and invalidates the old URL immediately.
Use feed rotation when:
- the URL leaked,
- a podcast client cached the wrong credentials,
- or you want a clean reset.
After rotation, every podcast app must be updated to the new URL. Existing per-episode audio URLs remain valid, but the old feed URL stops working right away.
