If an email never shows up in /my/inbox, it usually means Roast never accepted it.
The main causes are:
- the alias was wrong,
- the account was blocked or not active,
- or the message was over Cloudflare Email Routing's 25 MiB hard limit.
When one of those cases happens, the Email Worker never creates an inbox row. That is different from a visible inbox item with a downstream failure.
